RoCo is Home Foundation
On March 12, 2025, RoCo is Home, LLC unveiled their new non-profit initiative to support education and economic development in Rockingham County. The RoCo is Home Foundation was formed to enhance the quality of life in Rockingham County by fostering economic growth through education, small business support and community engagement.
The foundation will stive to create stronger economic growth by partnering with new small business creators, discovering needs, and finding ways to remedy those challenges. The foundation will also create scholarships for students at Rockingham Community College that specifically target program areas of public services, public safety, industrial technologies, and business technologies. There is great need in our community for people in these sectors. By helping to offset some of the costs, the hope is to see more people being able to recognize their desire to learn a new trade or expand their skill sets.
